Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. He gained fame due to his work as a character in Road Trip he has since been featured in more than 20 feature films, including The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. He has also appeared in more than 22 television series like Breaking Bad Supernatural Scrubs Lost Law & Order and many more. Qualls was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled it ever since. Two years after treatment the cancer has gone into remission. But the treatment at this early stage had a severe effect on his body, and hindered his growth. Financial security became his main goal once he got started because he had experienced poverty all through his childhood. Interviewer stated that as that he was living in such a bleak way throughout his life, I needed the financial security to feel confident and secure. In a conversation the actor also discusses his own growing up. His goal is to end the bullying. "Cruelty is a pain to me," he said. DJ's ideal job is become a father on reel as well as in reality. DJ admits that directors don't want to cast DJ in such roles. He'd love to become father one day in order to spend more time to his son and less to his career.
